Administrative Nurse QA Manager

ARC Health & Wellness is an organization that specializes in working with Fire Departments / Police Departments. We conduct Comprehensive Health Screenings, identifying Heart and Lung Disease, and early identification of Cancer. We are seeking a skilled and motivated RN Case Manager to join our healthcare team. As an RN Case Manager, you will play a crucial role in providing oversight to each department we serve in multiple states, ensuring no firefighter is left behind. Responsibilities/Qualifications

  • Coordinating healthcare services, appointments, and managing a roster of patients that must be seen annually.
  • Ensuring accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient information and care plans.
  • Monitoring and evaluating patient progress and outcomes when a patient is deemed not fit for duty.
  • Ensure timely and effective communication with patients, healthcare providers, and payers ( Fire or Law enforcement agencies)
  • Report out weekly updates to the leadership team.
  • Client communication and coordination of annual physical projects
  • Supervise 3-5 people in the QA team
  • Certification in Case Management (CCM or ACM) preferred/ BA in Nursing
  • Experience in a similar role in healthcare settings.
  • Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Advanced clinical assessment and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft products, including Excel. You will use Excel and online software programs extensively.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Job Type: Full-time/Part-time Flexible hours Monday- Friday IN PERSON POSITION

  • Starting Pay range is $45.00-$55.00 hour, based on experience

  • 401K and PTO- NO HEALTH INSURANCE
